Description, quantity, unit price and amount for each line, and their sum held against the invoice's own subtotal. A missing or doubled line shows up there.

How do documents get in? However they arrive today.
On someone's desktop, or in an inbox? Drop them in, or forward them.
Drag PDFs and photos onto Invoices, Receipts, Purchase Orders or Bank Statements. Or forward them to your company's own inbound address, and they arrive the same way.
