Creating an account costs nothing today.
Prices aren't published yet. An account opens the whole product, and for accounting firms and larger teams the price is talked through with you.
An account at work: on Invoices, a morning's invoices arrive; those from trusted suppliers go through touchless, one is held as a likely duplicate, and two wait for a person.
What an account opens. All of it.
Every document read.
Invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, receipts, expense claims and bank statements, each value shown beside its source.
Checks with their reasons.
Duplicates, totals, VAT, purchase-order lines and changed bank details are checked before anything reaches approval, each reason written where it happens.
Approval flows.
Stages you name, each decided by the approver your route assigns. A check is set aside only with a reason, on the record.
Payment batches.
Gathered from approved bills, approved by the people you choose, then a payment file for your bank. DocuBite never holds the money.
Your ledger.
Approved bills post to QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage Accounting or SAP, every line with its account and tax code.
Several companies, one login.
Each company kept apart, with its own documents, ledger and approvals, and a Dashboard across all of them.
For now each company stores up to 200 MB of documents, 50 MB a file, in private encrypted storage.
A new company's account in DocuBite: the side menu lists every screen, from Invoices, Purchase Orders, Receipts and Bank Statements to Exceptions, Approvals, Payments, Accounting, Archive and Admin, none of them locked. On Invoices, Add invoices takes two files, 0.7 MB of 200 MB used, and adds them.
Questions about cost. Answered plainly.
Is anything held back while it costs nothing?
No feature is. The one limit today is storage: 200 MB of documents for each company, 50 MB a file.
How is the price for a firm worked out?
With you. Prices aren't published yet; request a demo, tell us how many client companies and documents you handle, and a person talks it through.
Can I keep several companies in one account?
Yes. One login opens every company you're invited to, each kept apart with its own documents, ledger and approvals.
